Create and distribute online surveys and analyze and report survey responses using a secure online survey service, available to faculty, staff and students.

Notes

1. This product is CIT's free-form online survey recommendation.
2. Limitation: This product is not free. CIT charges a license fee of $266.51/year per unit, where unit may be a UB department, school, etc.
3. Because of the recurrent cost, CSE didn't pursue this option.
